Introduction

RAF IT INFRASTRUCTURE believes artificial intelligence should be developed and deployed responsibly, transparently, securely, and in a way that benefits businesses, users, and society. This Responsible AI Policy describes the principles and practices we apply when we design, build, and operate AI-powered features and systems.

Our AI Principles

• AI should augment human capability, not replace human judgment in critical decisions.
• AI systems should be transparent, explainable, and accountable.
• AI should be fair and avoid creating or amplifying unjust bias.
• AI should be secure and respect privacy by design.
• AI should be used for legitimate, beneficial purposes only.

Human-Centered Design

We design AI systems with people at the center. Where AI supports significant decisions, we keep humans in the loop with meaningful oversight and the ability to review, correct, or override automated outputs. We aim to ensure AI serves clear user and business needs.

Transparency

We are transparent about when and how AI is used in the products we build. We help our clients communicate clearly with their users about AI-assisted features and avoid deceptive or misleading uses of AI.

Fairness

We take reasonable measures to identify and reduce harmful bias in AI systems, including careful consideration of training data, evaluation, and testing. We strive to build systems that treat individuals and groups fairly.

Security

AI systems are built and operated under the same rigorous security standards as the rest of our work, including access controls, encryption, monitoring, and protection against misuse, manipulation, and adversarial attacks.
